Something troubling is brewing beneath the city streets. While the world goes about its business a demented doctor is busy building an army of flesh-eating monsters he's been transforming from the innocent people he kidnaps. Among them is the beautiful slave Kellin, who is a victim of the doctor's disease that creates an appetite for eating people. What, or who, can stop the orgy of cannibalism that awaits the unsuspecting citizens of a city that seems calm on the surface but hides a gruesome flesh-eating festival beneath?
