Art Gary (Phillip Newman from WALKING TALL: FINAL CHAPTER), owner of Gary’s Body Shop, has a few scores to settle. Two years ago, a devastating car crash took the life of his wife and left his daughter in a coma. A trio of teenaged joy riders was to blame but the local sheriff (William Smith from ANY WHICH WAY YOU CAN and RED DAWN) came up short on delivering justice.
